What Is SimBuild?
Real People, Real Buildings, Real Performance
SimBuild is the preeminent event for building performance simulation in the US. It provides a forum for sharing and publishing scientific work, announcing breakthroughs in research and software development, informing policymakers, and bridging research and practice. It is a place where building performance simulation practitioners, researchers, and students can network with peers, clients, and employers.
2027 will be a special year, as IBPSA-USA will start hosting SimBuild as an annual conference. Even years will be the traditional conference everyone knows and loves, and odd years will be practitioner-focused and called SimBuild: In Practice.
SimBuild: In Practice 2027 will be from May 24th to 28th, 2027, in Seattle, WA.
